Assevora provides an intelligent assessment and competition platform that allows organizations to host exams, challenges, and evaluations. We provide tools for participant management, real-time proctoring, and automated grading.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. When participating in an assessment, you agree to abide by the academic integrity rules set forth by the organizing institution. Attempting to bypass proctoring systems, submitting fraudulent work, or disrupting the platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
4. Organization Responsibilities
Organizations hosting assessments on Assevora are solely responsible for the content of their exams, acquiring the necessary consents from participants for proctoring or data collection, and complying with local privacy laws regarding candidate evaluation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Assevora platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Assevora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Content uploaded by users (such as exam questions) remains the property of the respective user or organization.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Assevora be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of academic standing, or business interruptions.
